3. Service Appointments

By scheduling a service appointment with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and service address
  • Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
  • Be present during the service appointment or designate an authorized adult

4. Payment & Billing

Our payment terms include:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate
  • Additional work not outlined in the original quote requires customer approval

We do not guarantee that our services will resolve all connectivity issues, as internet performance depends on external factors including your ISP's network and infrastructure.

InsightCableNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active account with their chosen internet service provider
  • Ensuring their equipment is compatible with services requested
  • Following any instructions provided by our technicians
  • Reporting any service issues within 48 hours of service completion
